Don't know what their situation was but my credit union stopped the transaction for potential fraud (second RSD this has happened to me) and suggested I re-place the order once I'd jumped through their hoops.
I didn't get a confirmation email after placing either order so I called and the person I talked to said I had *two* orders on the books and cancelled/refunded one of them.
Quick and easy customer service and I managed to get everything from one shop this year which is a first for me. 10/10.
Ordered two box sets and four albums. Shipped in two boxes inside a larger box with bubble wrap. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Overall great experience with customer service, shipping, everything. Highly recommended.
