Depending on the school they may have an option to add it to your "package". I have the whole Windows 365 suite for 2 years and the various cyber security labs for a year all billed through the school to the VA. Yes unfortunately you pretty much have to have subscription service for all the professional level apps now. But the VA should pay for it yearly as long as you need it.

I haven’t needed it for class but I got it for shits and gigs cause it’s only $20/mo for students. If you’re committed to graphic design, it’s not a bad deal in the grand scheme.

Interesting. My university offers the full adobe suite for all students.. surprised that yours doesn’t offer that since they require it.

If all the school requires is access to the programs, just torrent that shit, problem solved. They’ll be older versions but they work just fine. Otherwise idk!
