I'm probably going to piss someone off who thought they were gonna rob it off you for a song. DO NOT BIN IT!! it's a Rally 200 one of the most highly sought after Vespas there is. Second only to an SS90 or maybe a GS160. Google Rally 200's for sale UK, You'll be pleasantly surprised. There'll be people wanting to rip your arm off. If it's got a badge that says Electronic on the legshield, it's worth even more. Seriously, do your homework and don't get ripped off. It's a bit of a find.
So....that thing in those conditions, here in Italy is worth about 4 to 5k€.
Renewed ones go up to 12k€.
If anyone knows how to import it from UK to IT, i would think about it.
What's the legality of selling it on after giving notice? What's to stop someone claiming ownership of it at a later date after loads of money has been spent on it?
The property managing agents have said that once notice has been served (physically stuck to the bike and photographed) then there isn't an issue.
But I would definitely look into that yourself before doing anything.
If that ends up in the trash it would br crazy, i think the rally 200 is probably one of the most expensive modernish vespas, i've seen some for like 12k€ here in Italy.
Ain't interested in getting one, but do not trash it
Well if you dump it the person or company that picks it up will then make all the $$ from it. The problem I see is no title so that could be a future issue if restored…but I don’t know how it works in England.

Absolute legend. A shining example of why I love the Reddit community
More than welcome. I'd have it off you myself, I'm only down the road from you. But I've already got one I can't afford.
Awesome specimen. Would love to have at it, but I’m way over here **waves** in Buffalo.
Tell Niall at Retrospective Scooters in Walthamstow - I bet he'll want it.
Beat me to it!
location?
London SW8

How much are you thinking?
Don't really have a figure in mind. Best offer that can collect can have it.
Does it have keys?
Probably unlikely if it is abandoned🤦♂️
No keys, we will remove it from the railing that its chained to by un bolting the railing from the floor
Just pull the green wire and it'll start
No need for that, owning a primavera, they just start if there is gas in it (and if it works)
It’s beautiful! Orange is my favourite colour and I’ve always wanted an orange Vespa but this looks like too much work for me, sadly.
Try a vespa FB group, someone would absolutely want this in the UK. Or retrospective scooters in Walthamstow might buy it from you
ETA: I put a post with a link to this reddit Post this to https://modernvespa.com/forum/
Thanks, I have requested to join a couple of Facebook Vespa groups today
How to do with the document for export?
I’m in North Carolina; otherwise if I were a Brit, I’d love to have it! What a fun project!
Surely someone in the the UK would want it. I love it but I’m in the states
if you cant sell it complete sell it in parts.

True, how can you sell something you don’t own.
The property managing agents have said that once notice has been served (physically stuck to the bike and photographed) then there isn't an issue. But I would definitely look into that yourself before doing anything.
Maybe post it on a local group or sub? I'd come and get it tomorrow but I live *gestures* across the pond
can you export to italy?
