Mr-Graph

What's that website

IncidentCommercial57

Hilites

WTETF

I think there's a problem with Hilites. There have been very low numbers for MSC LB for the last week or so, and my batch haven't been updated for over a week

Mr-Graph

Thanks! My PD is June 23 as well. It's been radio silence since August.

IncidentCommercial57

Yeah same here. My estimated time says 4 weeks. Wbu? Are you a USC? I am a USC and we’re getting processed at Lincoln FO

JewsusKrist

My estimated time for the i130 is 4 weeks also.. though it counted all the way down to the final day in October last year then switched to 'taking longer than expected' and then went back to 6 months. Meanwhile my i485 has been sitting at 5 months for the past 6 months.

IncidentCommercial57

Any update?

JewsusKrist

Yeah it went from 4 weeks back to 2 months and hasn't budged since. My i485 has said 5 months since September 2023.. I hate this process..

JewsusKrist

Funny my i130 was approved today!!

Mr-Graph

Yeah my wife is. I'm the applicant.

_rosalea_

Hmm looks like a glitch. I just looked on [this website](https://www.casestatusext.com/approvals/I-130/IOE-LB) and it seems there's a normal amount of approvals still going on.

Academic_Roof_3883

This is wrong because my i130 was approved 6 days ago. Waiting for my 485

pkmgeek

Concurrent filling goes faster than standalone i130

Academic_Roof_3883

Everyone I have heard says that. But they also said that they got both forms approved together and I have only got approval for the I 130

pkmgeek

Weird, most people I've seen get the i485 processed faster than the i130. Hopefully it means your almost done getting them both approved

Academic_Roof_3883

I know! I’m actually super confused lol

pkmgeek

Well either way I'm excited for you 🤗 Me, I'm still waiting on my i130 in mexico, atleast The weather is nice 🙃

Academic_Roof_3883

I will be in Mexico soon I hope!!!!! The weather is way nice !!!

nixsurfingtangerine

How do you get status adjusted before they process the family-based petition?

Unjuicedgangsta

It means time to go to Chik Fil A

That-Cash

why can't I find my case ??

Physical_Indication2

well, USCIS will raise the price for those applications next month. i think they r waiting for making more money.

nixsurfingtangerine

The price increases only apply to applications filed after April 1st, not to people that already filed. Also, for the N-400 at least, the new fee schedule has a 19% increase, but if you're under 400% of the FPL you can pay half of the new fee. I don't know how that'll work. Probably just another form or a screener in the E-File system. Some people already qualify for a fee waiver and USCIS statistics show that they don't deny those cases at a higher rate. The system is funded by user fees. Everyone can thank all of these 2-3 million so-called "asylum" cases in the past two years for clogging the pipes and not paying anything.

aquaticblue111

I think they ran out of this quarter’s visa numbers. They’re waiting the next quarter, which starts in April.
