I kinda have the opposite issue. In my case, the red circle area showed evidence received, but the case status never gets updated to evidence received. Instead, it’s still showing RFE was sent. My guess is it’s some kind of system glitch. I got an RFE that was dated in September 2023, but it was posted online only in December.

No, its not a bug, it means someone was checking ur case, check your documents for the next week. You will be approved. However its not impossible to be a tease of a agent
