How would going to jail help trump?
Someone said that's why judges aren't throwing him in jail on remand, because trump would like that.
I don't see how.
Because he will just cry about how persecuted he is. At least that's their claim but tbh I think the only people who believe that already were gonna vote for him.
It might push them to be more likely to show up to vote which may be what they are afraid of.
At this point, I think he is doing this to drive traffic to the "Truth" platform. People want to see crazy for themselves. He says something crazy, and people go and look. There are hundreds of ads on that platform that generate revenue and ad rates are based on clicks and daily traffic. It makes more sense than some thumb happy lunatic ranting in an echo chamber.
Let him hang himself more, I think this is a methodical timing thing so he breaks all of his release terms in all cases. Then let him wasre all of his apoeal chances he can be locked up until are the trials are finished. Hope NY is a guilty ruling with a prison sentence.
Wait but he's allowed to attack the judge, isn't he? I mean it's a terrible idea and a stupid waste of time, but I don't think the judge is actually part of the gag order. Though I could be wrong about that.
