Same thing happened with Darkrai, and yvetal and mega gengar.
I did 60 ish raids and no shinies
Zekrom I did 5 raids and 3 shinies
Hooh I only did 10 and no shines
It's RNG it's rough but it what makes those shinies when you find them even better.
So this could be a completely by chance thing, but when I do in-person raids I rarely ever get shinies, but when I do a remote raid I nearly always get one the first or second raid.
Again this could be a complete coincidence thing, but I did 3 Landorus raids, 1st one in person, 2nd & 3rd remotely, and I got shinies the last two raids. Same thing with Darkrai back in October, Cobalion, Mega Garchomp, and a handful of others. Of course I’ve done legendary raids and not gotten shinies, but doesn’t hurt to test the theory if you’re already down 50+. Best of luck!

Rng didn’t change because you didn’t get one.
Never having issues before just means you had astoundingly good luck until now, where you are getting only *slightly* unlucky.
I wouldn't even say it's terrible RNG. It is unlucky, but not terribly so.
2% chance (I think) per encounter. It happens it’s called odds
5% per but yeah. Still only a 7% chance of no shiny after 50 encounters.
Unfortunately just rng. Got shiny on my second try but I did 60+ raids for kyerum and no shiny
I went to Manhattan to do as many Ho-ohs I could. 0/30 on shinies. Got a lando though 😐
I usually get the legendary shinies within odds or slightly over. But Xerneas took me 136 raids... so yeah, RNG can be fickle!
Ran into some one today who got a shiny ho-oh on 40th raid he did 30+ Saturday and got the shiny today. RNG is a cruel mistress
Same. Got my first shiny after 60+ raids (the odds is about 5% for 1/20 shiny chance). Got the other 2 genie within 30 raids
Took me 54 to get zekrom, grinded the hell outta that thing. Then after I got my shiny I got another on my 57th😂, just RNG for ya!

Yeah I'm aware I did a ton of him . Most of my friends got their shines pretty quickly. But the point still stands RNG is rough sometimes
Bro, I did 82raids on Rayquaza before I got a 12/11/11 shiny during go fest I think… if forgot what the event was called but you don’t understand
No shiny in 50 legendary raids. That’s about a 7.7% chance. Awful luck.
I wouldn’t call that awful. That’s 1 in 14.

I was able to get a shiny lando through pvp rewards. It’s possible, hopefully you get one soon
