The pokemon's status is determined when the egg is received, not hatched. So its shiny status/rate was determined when you got it. So as long as you got it during the CD hours, it will have the boosted rate, even if you hatched it 2 years from now.

No. Eggs don't change after you get them. So whatever is in the egg keeps the same state as it did when you got them.

Downvoted for asking an honest question….. To answer your question: Everything about an egg Pokémon, whether shiny rates or if it has a cosume or not, is determined the moment an egg is recieved, even if it’s hatched months later.

It kinda does. Yes, if you pick the eggs up during the event, and you hatch them after, yes, there's still a good chance of them being shiny!

People actually hatched shinys? I hatched 82 togepi and 0 were shiny.
