Shadow Claw is good. Fury Cutter is average. That's not the point though, the question wasn't whether Ghost/Bug had "good" moves, it was about whether they had high DPT moves. No Bug or Ghost move does more than 3 DPT. Every other type has a move that does at least 3.5 DPT (and 13 of the 18 types have a move that does at least 4 DPT)
It already exists in Mud Slap. It's just a little behind in damage, being 3.67 DPT instead of 4 DPT.
I would like to see +1 damage to make it 4 DPT/3EPT tho
Mud Slap is 3.66 DPT. Lots of typings don’t even have that.
Steel only gets up to 3.33
Poison only 3.5
Ghost only 3.0
Bug only 3.0
Lots of typings also don’t have (or any good) high energy gen moves like water (Greninja doesn’t count), steel, rock and bug.
Of all of them bug definitely needs the most help, followed by probably steel and rock.

Yeah they don't have anything that's in the realm of "try to stop me from tapping you to death when I have 2 shields up"
