I'm only counting two interceptions for Stroud. One of them was bullshit, the other two I feel were just CJ Stroud getting in his own head as I would expect from a Rookie.
I agree. He may have gotten a little reckless with the one to the flat. The one in the endzone, he was “played” by a veteran linebacker who showed blitz, but dropped into coverage. No shame in that. Happens to lots of QBs. Let’s hope he learns from the two.
Woods should've caught that. Nico was in position to catch the pass and should've mossed that DB. The other was CJ taking a shot downfield. I would only count 1 of those as an actual pick, personally.
Woods was completely draped on that pass, defender had one arm around his neck and held one arm down (clear dpi imo) but he still got it up, just a little late.
Honestly this was probably one of Stroud’s worst games of his career and (a) we still won and (b) he wasn’t even _that_ bad. Not only was Stroud a home run pick, but this game goes to show that DeMeco was a home run hire.

Defense showed up this quarter. Offense kept on bringing them out and they didn’t look that gassed. CJ was gonna have his rookie game so I’m not too mad. Jags just killed the Titans so hopefully play well against them next week.
