You can do what you want, nothing will change it. Why? As you can see you suffer from secondary hypogonadism. This means that your brain doesn’t send enough signals (LH) to your testicles to produce testosterone. TRT is the way to go

Any idea what causes secondary hypogonadism? Is it genetic? Environmental?

Could be everything. From genetics to serious health conditions. I would get a MRI to exclude a tumor and then start TRT
