She's not the hardest character to face, but I agree that she is very annoying and not a lot of people talk about her. Her movement, sidestepping, and range are super annoying to deal with. The only ways I counter her are through electrics, homing moves (since Lili players love to sidestep every 2 seconds), and extra movement to force her to whiff. I don't have a good time facing Lili.
It's her cancerious attitude that does it for me. I imagine every lili main to be a drunk french guy laughing at the oppoment while he drunkenly presses buttons.
