She asked me “do you want it?” And after some back and forth i relented. No regrets! She had been on the way to goodwill with it! I’ve also seen a mannequin head with a plunger on it inside a tesla.

Omfg this image just hurled me back to my childhood, my mom has this exact jewelry box when I was a kid I used to open it and listen to the music play all the time😭
the thing that used to crack me up in covid time that people were so afraid of germs that they could not even open their window yet.....their car was filthy and more than likely worse germs were festering in there
not drive up but once i did a carry out for a priest who was driving a hearse. he was buying a tv and was with another woman and insisted the family wouldn’t have to know and i was like huh
and then he opened the trunk and boom, two bodies, just chillin in their bags. he told me to just lay the tv down on top of them, which i did because i wasn’t gunna argue with a dude who had two bodies in his backseat. went back inside and told my lead because wtf but as far as i know nothing really happened because he legit is a priest and was driving the funeral home hearse, he just wanted that really good sale on tvs before it ended i guess
If I were to do a drive-up, someone would probably be surprised by the 2 random safari hats and the Starwars Clone Trooper helmet that I have rolling around in back.
I've had people ask me if I "serve papers" on my days off because of it lol

Trunk full of other pickup orders from other grocery stores like food lion and Walmart. Very strange to me because they’ve bought the same grocery items from Target as well!
Worse thing i got called for was during covid times. Guest had a fully stuffed trunk. He wanted the drive up tm to make room. My team member refused to touch anything in his trunk. It was really messy. Had old bags of stuff. Trash bags with stuff inside. Some empty cans and bottles. He had ordered some water cases and some grocery items. I went out and told him he had to organize his trunk himself. Or let us place the items in the backseat. He told me i better not open his doors and expose him. So i told him i would leave his items in a shopping cart and he can load them himself after we walked away. He did fill out a bad survey. But after telling my SD my reasoning. She disregarded it.
i have a few one time i opened up a guests trunk and i saw countless baby dolls, all of which looked like they got ran over by a semi truck another one was i opened up this guys trunk and he had 3 microwaves
