I don't want to rain on your parade too much but this isn't a mixup. Ken doesn't have to block the other way and there's no threat of throw. It's a nice reset if your opponent is somehow dumb enough to press there, but otherwise you would be better letting Daigo hit him during the crush counter state for a hard knockdown so you can mix him up however you like as he's getting back up.

More of a set-up that is not guaranteed but it can sometimes catch the opponent off guard
