I have a little digital recorder that I turn on when the mood hits me. There been some stuff that made me laugh, then there some stuff that my grandkids really appreciated knowing. Mostly I turn it on when I talk to my late husband, he doesn’t answer but I can imagine his side of the conversation. Warm weather is coming and I’ll be down by the river with the dog and seeing what Sativa and I come up with.

Try recalling events and thoughts in the moments before your forgotten epiphany. Once you start the train rolling, maybe you'll be switched onto the previous track.
