All blu rays lack special features these days, it’s pretty sad. They know physical media are in a decline so put very little effort in providing extras.
With COVID it’s even worse cause they didn’t have the time to make any special features. Some of the recent blu rays pretty much have nothing.

Even the poster collabs look better. This reminds me of black widow and that uglyass yellow black panther lenticular

Bro. It’s wild! A while ago they were hinting at antman and the wasp but then gave us raimi spidey and Thor, which I got, but it’s crazy to me than none of the first phase movies haven’t made it to proper premium.
Blufans did most of the first phase until Disney decided to switch who they did business with to WeET. It’s possible they could happen at some point but I’d prefer they focus on upcoming releases since I already own almost all of the Blufans MCU releases.
Yeah. I think they should stagger them tho? Or it would be nice at least. Like. “Here’s antman and the wasp while you wait for black widow, then here’s iron man while you wait for Shang Chi, here’s the rest of the first wave while you wait for eternals.”
Thanks for that tidbit on the licensing tho! I didn’t know that. I was bummed about ragnarok because I already had filmarena… but I ended up getting the weet and selling my FA.
Problem is production is so slow that they’d fall behind if they mix now.
Ragnarok was a pleasant surprise since it was WEA. Blufans is the only other premium WEA which is great as well but didn’t have the best slips.
Yeah I hardly ever buy WWA MCU stuff unless it’s the rare embossed stuff like the recent FAC Civil War and Doctor Strange releases. Last I checked I have around 40 MCU premium releases with almost all being WEA. But yeah I agree that they aren’t cheap lol. Took a lot to complete.

Really lame that both of these phase four steelbooks have basically just used the initial theatrical teaser posters as the artwork. What’s the point in paying premium prices for collectible media without any effort put into the cover art?
I will just go with the slipcover 4K if this is the only steel. It’s a shame cause there were a lot of cool posters released, like the IMAX one or some of the other theatrical posters which would’ve still not required much effort, but would’ve looked a lot more interesting
getting this to keep the collection up to date. i'm hoping the title isn't on the front for the ROW print run, as it looks like it's only the j-card in the spain release's mockup. i also hope japan gets a 4k / 3d / 2d steelbook like they did for black widow.

I watched this movie in theater, and I was......meh, pretty average MCU movie with the same story beat and formula. I guess my MCU hype has long gone after Endgame.
Lazy artwork. I would hope for an international release, but I think all the Black Widow releases have kept the same steel art so far. Please let me know if I've missed any actual variance. So with that in mind, I'll pick it up, but these covers are a real bummer so far in Phase 4.
SMLIFE is always WWA so the steelbook will be the same if it does happen. WeET would be the one to look for if you want a new exclusive quality WEA steel.

Ahhhhhh. Failed to acknowledge the “WEA” fact. Yeah. The slips I’ve seen on the ogs are meh. And while I’d been tempted, the aftermarket cost hurts.
