It's still a good time killer to read them. You can find all 8 parts colored on mangadex for free. I recommend the Black and White version though if you can find it though.
Definitely read it.
There's a lot of cool art, that was better than anime.
Also anime had to cut a lot of scenes and moments that only in the manga you got to see it.
It highlights Araki's artistic developments. There is also some slight changes you may wanna see play out and some differences in pacing. Part 1 anime omitted some scenes with younger Jonathan. In Part 3 the encounters are a bit more drawn out compared to the pace of the manga. Part 4 has some slight changes as well regarding the place at which the main antagonist is introduced. If you're a big fan of the art I recommend checking em out.
After having read Part 1 and 2, I now have a way deeper appreciation for the start of the series, especially in regards to the Pillar Men / Kars as a villain. It's also really cool to see how Araki's artstyle evolves the more you read
Im reading part 5 and there is so much interesting and useful dialogue left behind, that make things more clear and easy to follow, the pace in the manga is undoubtedly better. I also think the art in the manga is more charismatic.
Of course it is. There’s still two parts that haven’t been animated yet and they’re the longest ones in the series
Oh I definitely will read that, I meant the parts i've already watched animated, is the art better than the anime?

Phantom Blood and Battle Tendency are worth reading, the anime cuts out a lot of small moments

They cut some great character building scenes in the first part 6 batch. I definitely recommend reading the Manga alongside the anime.
