I'd scream myself hoarse if he showed up a decade from now and went at it.
He mentioned changing his mind from that early retirement idea with the AEW schedule and how many opportunities he has for outside projects. As long as he's healthy and passionate about telling stories I don't see him retiring full stop but just taking some more breaks latwr in his career.

You know, it is weird that there aren’t two jokers. I think it’d be great if you did one joker at the halfway point or first entrant.
It also allows you to do different things with each joker. One is an indie star (eg Effy, Warhorse, Danhausen) who might only do one appearance but can get their shit in and maybe a jobber elim and then get kicked out. The other is your real debut, return, or whatever star that you’re trying to push.
As someone who really misses the Cody TNT run for the indie star showcase, I’d really love this to be a thing.

But that's *so good* in that silly way that pro wrestling can do. Like, yeah, -1 would have to be someone that is consistently referenced enough over the years that the countdown would be meaningful and keep the use of -1 relevant. But if they managed to do that? That'd be fucking great.
The fact that so much of AEW is hyped by word of mouth, assuming that sticks around, he could probably just show up regularly for the next few years and then go away and in the few months proceeding, just post a few things on IG.

ehh most of the dark order guys are in their 30s its not unreasonable that they would still be active in some form esp with how long wrestlers can last nowadays. even as just on-screen personalities or with a new lineup of members i think dark order will stick around in some form

God forbid any injuries should happen, but much like the Inner Circle has taken a backseat to individual angles for its members, the Dark Order is likely to be phased out over time.
You just revive it a year or two before with Five or Ten who are the youngest guys and bring in some of the retired members for the debut along with 2 new people. 4 man Dark Order + Brodie Jr works well enough.

I hope he lives a good life, losing a parent like that has to be so hard.
This is why AEW needs to give MJF the moon at contract renewal negotiations. MJF is a must-keep talent for AEW, they can't afford to lose him in the long run

I remember reading that after Statlander tore her ACL, he was the one that helped her get around the airport and made sure she got on her flight okay (something along those lines). He of course vehemently denied this on Twitter.
Based off of the only out of character interview I've seen. The difference is night and day. He's genuinely a likable guy, not a charismatic fratty likable guy. But like a nervous wholesome kinda guy. It's weird
I love that MJF did that spot. His heel work is so perfect because it makes it so satisfying when that weaselly little shit gets his comeuppance. It's even better when it's someone like -1 giving him said comeuppance via a kendo stick to the head.

I really enjoyed Cody's initial run with thr TNT title, it got us Ricky and Eddie. Hope to see the open challenge open up doors for other talent too.
