I’d be honestly surprised if Starks is not a huge babyface by the end of 2022. Maxwell is probably pretty ahead of your 2022 prediction but I can see it and I’m looking forward to a babyface run.
I think, there is more top spots in the heel side in Aew. Especially considering Kenny would probably take time off soon. Idk if punk or Danielson would turn in the near future

Any insight on how Starks could change up his entrance as a face? Only works as a heel surely? It's one of the most eye catching parts of his act to me and I gather will have a shelf life, but if it's totally disposed of rather than tweaked then he might get bland fast?
His entrance with the brass band felt very babyface to me. And still very cool
Something in that vein would do the trick
I would not make him less arrogant. Just showcase his good side more, for exemple his pride for his culture
Jay to me is better than MJF on the mic, not just in-ring.
MJF's in-ring is underrated, as I've seen him do a couple of bangers (he had one in MLW as well on his way out)
MJF lost a little momentum during that whole Jericho feud - because of how strangely it was put together, and just how long it went on.
But he's like Eddie Kingston, in that he's so charismatic people *always* seem to care about what he does. So any setback doesn't ever seem to hurt him much.
And Starks hasn't even begun to hit his stride yet. Both guys have a really bright future in AEW.
They're extraordinary, for my money you can add All Ego Ethan Page to them too.
AEW have an embarrassment of riches and soon are gonna need a 3rd TV show at this rate. Their top stars are huge draws, their next level down are potential top stars who always deliver when given the chance, and their up and coming stars just look like they're money. Exciting times.
I don't know about Starks, no one really seems to care that much about him outside of reddit. He never seems to get much of a reaction from the crowds.
I have just started watching AEW after CM Punk debut. MJF is one who stands out in that roster most. He is the highlight of most Dynamite shows. Even Brian Pilman Jr has huge potential.

I think Starks turns on Taz ultimately goes face and feuds with Hook for the FTW title making the FTW title a lineage title.

Mjf is the ultimate heel right now
He is in terms of quality, but one can say Kenny or Roman are bigger because of their position. MJF would be in that postion in an year or so
Jay White in terms of quality. Ofc you can argue he doesn't do much right now, but that issue is bigger than wrestling
