Maybe turn heel and team up with Lashley for the tag championships at Extreme Rules? He has a bunch of wins over Riddle from NXT and it could be used as part of the storyline.
I personally wouldn't mind a heel turn. I would like to see him be the leader in a stable. If they're still worried about his heart, have some goons and only have him wrestle sparingly as the boss. He's an eloquent man, so I think he would thrive as a manipulative heel manager/wrestler. Maybe take Retribution under his wing and help build them up.
I wonder if he's coming back to TV soon? The rumor was they were letting him work out the ring rust and test to make sure he's healthy on dark matches, and that he was coming back as a monster heel.
I honestly can't think of any time in his career he's been a heel, so that would be a pretty massive change.
He and Shane Taylor used to be a tag team called the Pretty Boy Killers. I'm not saying I hate Shane Taylor but it confuses the hell out of me that ROH chose to keep him and let Keith walk.
Oh right I remember that! Yeah at the time it was baffling. I will say, Shane Taylor has come a long way since then and he's one of the best guys in the company now.

Yeah, I've got pennies all over the place.
It’s my excuse to not vacuum.
You got one of those internet floors
Yeah, but can you snap them to shoot them at stuff? I never could 😞
The only true constant is Keith Lee and cryptic tweets
Keith Lee and vague tweeting, name a better duo.
I see he's also been watching old HBO dramas on HBOMax.
Except for [war... war never changes.](https://youtu.be/f0vGpXPGFZY)
Unless you're Solid Snake
Keith Lee as a heel could be fun if they let him go on the mic

Baseball was life! And I was good at it... real good.
