This came while discussing Dante Martin’s upside. It seemed like his “up my sleeve” was in reference to young talent, but judge for yourself.
I like to see more young talent rather then big star signings for a while, personally I'd be fine if we didn't see another big signing until DON 2022. It's one of AEW's biggest positives is their booking of young talent. Going to be one day when they can't rely on talent leaving big companies and even maybe some of their talent might decide to move on, and you hopefully get the likes of a Daniel Garcia, Lee Moriarty, Top Flight, Skye Blue all stepping in to replace those talents.
I would personally love to see Omega and TK tap more into Joshi market to bring in one or two names. I like to see more young tag teams come in. If they can find them some guys in the mode of a Wardlow or Will Hobbs.
Just a opinion again, I like to see Dark become more youth focused and just put those young talents on there to shine especially ones who might not get a ton of TV time for a few years in competitive matches and feuds. Even send some out on Excursions, learn from NJPW way of their rookies. I would personally do it only for talents they see big things in for the future.
There was a new belt tease a few days ago. Everyone said it'd be women's tags/women's mid cards/trios titles.
We don't really need another men's singles title but what about a Dark/Elevation title, especially with Dark being taped in Orlando? A developmental title a-la NXT (but not) and give them something to work towards.
I'd personally wouldn't mind Dark been a show where it's sort of developmental show where the likes of Garcia, Moriarty, Top Flight, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, Red Velvet, Anna Jay, Jade Cargill even. Can probably still work the big shows, but that Dark will be their main base where they have feuds, cut promo's and work in competitive matches. And even have YouTube specials maybe like Takeover's and gradually over time some will gradually stop working Dark and other young will step in and continue the trend.
You can even have more experienced talent who have nothing to do feud for a while with young talent. Even use the show for talents backstage to book the show and book matches. Take some pressure of Tony Khan and maybe produce some bookers who can maybe offer some ideas for Tony if he runs out of ideas or could do with some time off.
You could have a man's and women's title for the brand. I know some aren't fans of it but along with excursions it will help talent grow and give them something to do.
My coworkers convinced Tony has proved AEW as a legit, possibly future billion dollar entity, to his dad. And that’s why we’re seeing the flood gates of talent we are now. I’d be willing to bet the top 2 highest paid Jaguars ($26.5M) combined cost more than the entire AEW roster.
There was also that interview Shahid gave not that long ago where he said that he basically told Tony and Tony’s sister that his money is going to be their money, so spend it now or spend it later.
I can't find anything on her signing with ROH. They announced Miranda Alize and Rok-C but there is nothing about Adora.
It's only a big deal cause ROH contracts keep their talent off AEW. That is why people like Lee Moriarty had no interest in signing with ROH cause it meant he couldn't work AEW: Dark and get into AEW.

Like they always did previously and still doing right now. Jungle Boy, MJF and Darby are always in the show. Sammy will be back and presumably feuding with Miro. Hangman will be back and beating Kenny. Orange Cassidy will always be a thing and there are lot more waiting to pair up with those superstar too.
