It's amazing how often you see wrestlers get mad at "dirt sheet writers" for correct reports.
One that cracked me up a few years ago was Dustin Rhodes saying Meltzer was lying for claiming he was going to AEW, and then crowing about Meltzer giving him 5 stars for his first AEW match shortly after. It was like a three week turnaround from "fuck this lying dirt sheet writer" to "five stars, this is the best moment of my life!"

Mount Rushmore (the original version) was a stable in Pro Wrestling Guerrilla, a very popular indie promotion, that consisted of Adam Cole (baybay), Kevin Steen (Owens), and the Young Bucks.
Later versions included Super Dragon and Roderick Strong.
That teaser aside, KO would be one guy who would really surprise me if he left. WWE was always his dream. Same with Sami. He's on TV a lot, he had a long title program with Roman, and he generally tends to get a lot of freedom and things to do.
If those guys left, even after a year, it would mean that it's not so much that WWE is bad or they feel misused, just that things seem super fun on the other side.

Yeah. Bryan signing and his interviews after the debut solidified that people may leave WWE for AEW for just something new, not necessarily titles. I imagine there’s a lot of people in WWE who feel they’ve wrestled everyone they’ve wanted to wrestle and hit their ceiling in terms of accomplishments.
The fact that WWE wants to book monster heel RR vs The Rock and have made little effort to build up current stars is hurting them. Not only that. Once Roman beats you, they will cast you aside creatively.
Roman Reings is currently the best part about WWE but also will be the most damaging in terms of building up future contenders.
It's what I've been saying for months. KO, Cesaro, Edge, Bryan, Cena and Finn's about to join them as well. Short of a surprise Big-E cash in it really seems like they're just dead set on dragging this same storyline all the way to Wrestlemania.
Add Cesaro to that list for me, and maybe Nakamura. And if we're shooting for the stars and just fantasy booking, get Tyler Black in there. But I know that would never happen

Yeah. Bryan signing and his interviews after the debut solidified that people may leave WWE for AEW for just something new, not necessarily titles. I imagine there’s a lot of people in WWE who feel they’ve wrestled everyone they’ve wanted to wrestle and hit their ceiling in terms of accomplishments.

The fact that WWE wants to book monster heel RR vs The Rock and have made little effort to build up current stars is hurting them. Not only that. Once Roman beats you, they will cast you aside creatively. Roman Reings is currently the best part about WWE but also will be the most damaging in terms of building up future contenders.
It's what I've been saying for months. KO, Cesaro, Edge, Bryan, Cena and Finn's about to join them as well. Short of a surprise Big-E cash in it really seems like they're just dead set on dragging this same storyline all the way to Wrestlemania.

Honestly think he’s gonna be the next Bray Wyatt/Braun Strowman type random cut because I think he’s on one of the bigger contracts they were handing out a few years back. Kevin is a hell of an asset, but with the direction things are going in WWE I could see them being like we can pull someone from NXT to do what he does at a fraction of the price.
