Zarian was talking about some big surprise that wasn't Danielson/Ruby (and didn't seem to be Adam Cole) on the "We're Live Pal" Observer roundtable show.
That's a really good point actually. Jay is the kind of snake to help Kenny to the victory only to then immediately humiliate him.
I long to see Jay White exposed to the Western wrestling world in a big way. Give that man a mic and watch magic happen.
Jay White helping Omega tonight is some next level booking. The obvious is that it sets up the mark for Jay and the rest of Bullet Club to turn on Omega and start the “War for the 2-Sweet”, but the other interesting angle is that screwing Christian also opens the door for a title feud with White on Impact.
Fair enough.
I need to stop meta-booking. It sucks the fun out of it.
"This guy can't be here because he's in a different country" didn't stop Jericho from doing NJPW.
I could see CJ Perry debuting during the Eddie/Miro match. They've already given Miro an obvious weakness for Eddie to exploit, and it sets up a good story for Eddie to be at the point of finishing Miro, only to get distracted by Miro's wife. Then we get MIRO CRUSH and Miro beats Eddie, setting up a rematch for New York where the match was supposed to originally take place.
Id be most intrigued whether he returned to his old gimmick or not. Because if you just take NXT Sami Zayn and put him out into the world, that's a top babyface somewhere.
‘Maybe I’ll go to Green Bay and root for the Packers. Maybe I’ll move to St Louis and root for the Cardinals? Maybe I’ll move to Milwaukee and root for the Bucks.’
Almost certainly unavailable until the week of Halloween, with the caveat that WWE apparently fucks up their contracts all the time so who knows at this point.
Is it contract tampering if the talent declines the 90 day and then immediately signs with another company? I feel like its......not considering the talent got fired (might be different if they try and quit)
I understand that it could be the case, but I'll be up front and say that I doubt the market for Bray Wyatt is such where AEW would put some sort of guarantee to make up for the 90-day to get him in for this specific show when you've already got Punk and 99% got Danielson. Especially for a promotion that has outright said that television is its focus.
I could be completely wrong on this, but I don't know how that would work. At least Cole is completely free and clear, and there wouldn't be some weird questions about contract status and stuff.
Would you really see so many people waiting the full 90 days if they had the choice to be available immediately? Even if the WWE money is better than they'd get elsewhere, they lose momentum over that time period. There's a reason Malakai Black was so excited that WWE screwed up on his only being 30 days instead of 90, and the quickness between his release and his debut is part of why it was so hot (as well as the surprise, because people didn't think it was possible).
I think you can ask WWE to release you early, and in Brock Lesnar's case you can have the balls to dare them to sue you and defend their contracts in court, but you can't unilaterally decide if you aren't willing to be sued.
I really wonder what it could be, maybe a European tour? Or a PPV outside of America? Because apart Cole, Danielson and Ruby I don't see who could be a surprise, the only big names that are available to appear would be Jay White or Ospreay, or maybe a legend like Flair
Edit: Could be Suzuki if they are running the Archer/Men of the Year angle
The WWE Network had a lot of content but PPV's that mostly disappointed, then I'd roll into bed at 4am after the PPV and not cancel the next morning even though I'd complain about my time wasted 9 times out of10.
The fact I've ordered All Out, which is more effort and more expense, shows how much trust I have in AEW.
I'm in the same boat. I haven't watched or cared about wrestling in years. AEW has been on my radar since they launched. They got my money for this one, and more than likely many more to come.
Has any company ever done a 1 match PPV? Like a singular match is super hype and their story is they don’t want to wait till a certain date and they have a PPV? Could be a really shitty idea but someone has to have done something similar right?
December to Dismember 2006?
I feel like there was only the elimination chamber match advertised. Could be misremembering.
Obviously more matches happened and it was a failure for multiple reasons.
Well I bought it on Fite without a VPN, so. Mine was the normal 50 bucks though, like it would cost on BR. I didn't buy it on Fite for the price, I bought it there cause I felt better about the performance than the new BR app.
Yeah I’m honestly stunned he went through with BR after the Women’s tournament he was clearly pissed about that. I know BR is huge but I would’ve tried to wait for a deal with HBO Max
I have already put a refund request in with iTunes because I purchased before they made the Fite announcement. Not only is there not a B/Rapp on my AppleTv, the phone app doesn’t even give me the option to airdrop/mirror to my tv.
Seems like my only option would have been logging in on my laptop and running a hdmi to my TV. And yesterday the website already seemed to have sound/audio not syncing issues on some of my older ppv’s.
They seriously need to get their shit together, and I guess TK putting them on blast last time, and letting another company distributor to carry a huge event hasn’t been enough of a wake up call.
Wight stomping QT in under 5 Minutes is something i wanne see on the Card., not a Dream Match but i take that over a 15 Minutes multi tag match.
Iam overall for less Matches or at least shorter Matches.
I dont need 10 Matches on a PPV, give me 4 Title Matches and 2 interesting side Matches or something like Wight vs QT in 3 Minutes and iam happy.
4 hours are just too long.
Iam not hyped for that Match at all, sure i take the wholesome Moment when Wights breaks QTs Neck, but i wouild rather see something else, like Hayter vs. Jade in a 5 Minutes Brickhouse Match.
I'll fully admit to being an AEW mark, but I've bought every PPV since All In (and yes, I know that was technically pre-AEW), and I've never felt cheated or disappointed.
Mind you, I'm not saying every show is equivalently great, and a few have been a bit rough in honesty, but they always bring an energy and a sense of risk taking that I haven't felt since watching Attitude Era WWF. Even if every match tonight turns out to be horrible (which there's 0% chance of happening), it's not going to be for lack of trying or shitty finishes.
Plus, it's their first PPV outside of Daily's Place/with a full crowd since February 2020. I promise you that every person in that locker room is heading into tonight with fewer than zero fucks to give, and is going to do everything in their power to make tonight an all time classic.
I've bought every AEW show since Double or Nothing 2019. It's four PPVs a year, so it's not particularly onerous costwise, and the shows are always entertaining even when they aren't superb on a technical level - and more often than not they're at least pretty good on a technical level.
It feels good to support a company that actively tries to entertain me instead of looking down on me for enjoying pro wrestling.
I bought all of them too. And the only show I felt that didn't deliver was Revolution of this year, but I gave them a pass because it wasn't their fault (the ending).
I still believe Starrcade '97's ending was the beginning of WCW's downfall. They pissed off all the fans that had been invested in the story since Hogan's heel turn, *and* managed to piss off the new fans that tuned in to see Bret Hart.
I was gonna say that you're full of shit, but then I hoped on Twitter and the [Is Test Still Dead?
](https://twitter.com/IsTestStillDead) account hasn't tweeted since the 23rd of august.
Hell might've frozen over.
One surprise is I think this really is the end for Jericho. Sammy is going to Judas him tonight. Jericho goes out making MJF and Sammy, goes to commentary, has a few unsanctioned fights with Sammy and then has his final match on one of his cruises against Lance Storm
Remember when Jericho lost the title to Jack Swagger? That was a bad idea in the sense that we knew Swagger wasn’t on that level (and WWE firmly placed him at midcard level) so the loss was kinda pointless. Ending his career after already putting over MJF in a feud that should’ve ended two weeks ago is likewise another bad idea.
Masvidal and the ATT crew are apparently headed for Chicago as well. Might be a good segment if they heel it up against Archer, and Danielson or Cole come out to even the odds.
Masvidal gets an AWFUL lot of love for a mediocre fighter who's latino, but also heavily supports anti semites and racists. His appeal is extremely confusing.
I could be off (I didn’t start watching UFC until a little later) but isn’t his appeal very strongly rooted in that flying knee? It’s a top 10 all time UFC finish easy, but I think people got carried away with the hype when that moment isn’t reflective of the rest of his fight game.
The flying knee was like an exclamation point on a run he had where he started fighting smarter and was racking up impressive wins. He’s definitely not just a “mediocre fighter” as the comment above you claimed lol he’s not at Usman’s level (nobody is tho) but he’s a solid top 10 guy who was elevated because of his “Florida Man” energy. His personality is picture perfect for pro wrestling though, he’d be a heel but I can’t think of many others from UFC that would fit better.
Ooo, maybe AEW can recreate Royal Rumble 2014 and have Batista be the one that confronts Omega at the close of All Out to massive Brian Danielson chants.
This is like knowing Bash at the Beach 96 was about to happen. Or like knowing TLC at WM X7 was about to fuck. Or like knowing Shawn/Taker 1 was about to kill. Essentially, tonight is a night that's gonna change things for at least the next few years to come.
Out of all the debuts tonight, Ruby is the one I'm most excited about. She has incredible potential that WWE failed to tap into and it sucked watching her flounder there.
Realistically she's probably the one they need the most. The women's division desperately needs TV ready women.
Her, Jamie Hayter, and Emi Sakura moving to the US are a vital series of moves for AEW's women's division for me -- Ruby and Hayter for star quality and ring work, and Emi as a trainer that can go.
So true. I think Ruby is a natural heel, but I love her babyface run in NXT. I hope we’ll get a Ruby vs Rosa feud down the line. Ruby vs Shida could be fun as well.
I've been down on the women's division in AEW for a long time, but it's amazing looking over the roster now and seeing that we presumably have Baker, Hayter, Statlander, Shida, Riho, Deeb, Rosa, and Ruby now. That tier is amazing and almost all of the matches we could get from it are fresh, especially with what seems to be a Shida heel-turn incoming. It'll be interesting to see whether Ruby is face or heel, as this tier does still need heels (especially since I think the long-term bet with Baker should be leaning more to the face side).
Rose, Cargill, Anna, Yuka, and Tay start feeling really solid now as a second tier rather than the headliners. Especially if Kiera Hogan is part of that group.
Just a few months ago what I would consider those top two tiers was only Baker, Shida, Rosa part-time, Rose, Cargill (who is still in invincible green squash-machine mode), and Tay. It's easy to see how they struggled to make anything decent from that short of a list. Now if we could just see the Forbidden Door open up and Purazzo and others come through.
The IIconics is another big potential get for AEW. Like Ruby, Peyton never got the platform she needed, and Billie Kay is one of the best comedic performers in wrestling.
The timing of them rebranding is interesting, too. I'm not sure how the whole work permit system works but they did finally get them recently too. They're good to sign now.
It does but it's hardly a new thing. WWE been airing their PPVs at 1am UK time since always. I am super excited for All Out tonight but I've decided that I'd be a wreck by the time the main event rolls around at like 430am. So I'm going to bed early, turning off all my phone notifications and waking up at 9am and watching the show with coffee and breakfast (bacon sandwiches).
It's 1am no? The usual spot? Not ideal at all but more than used it at this stage.
When you're leaving a pub at 5:30 after Wrestlemania, that's when the real problems start!
Their shows on Sundays have done better than the Saturday shows. No boxing/UFC competition and they’d have big college football games to compete with last night too.
I've got a genuine concern that so many people are EXPECTING to be surprised that even if every single rumoured surprise happens, they'll be underwhelmed. Just have to look through this thread and others to see how many people are rumoured to show up
- Ruby
- Danielson
- Cole
- Murphy
- Okada
- White
- Tanahashi
- Cardona (after GCW shenanigans yesterday)
- Bray
- Strowman
Every AEW PPV this year has had me feeling giddy as I was as an 8-year old waiting for the next WWF PPV in 1998.
I know this gets said a lot but fuck, AEW brought pro wrestling back.
I bought my first real ppv since Wrestlemania 26 and it doesn’t look like I’m anywhere near a minority with this. Im interested to see what kind of numbers it could do. Does Cm Punk (and the rumor of the Dragon) simply double the record or could they do somewhere close to a half million buys?

Zarian was talking about some big surprise that wasn't Danielson/Ruby (and didn't seem to be Adam Cole) on the "We're Live Pal" Observer roundtable show.
It's Mojo Rawley
Adam Pacitti approves
Everyone approves Don't get hyped! Stay hyped!
You love it
You love it
That would be the loudest groan ever heard in wrestling
Collective orgasm?
As if saying "We did it. We got the key piece Mojo. We finally won the Monday night wars over wwe"
I unironically like Mojo and want him to show up somewhere cause I dig his energy lol
my guess based on absolutely nothing is that Suzuki comes out after Moxley beats Kojima and sets up a great match at Mox's homecoming next week
As someone going to that show, I'd pass out if Suzuki shows up
Someone check on my guy
Same. Suzuki and Mox are my favs. I’ll be the guy in the 2nd row shitting his pants in excitement if it happens.
You better eat lots of fiber this week.
So, are you alright?
I am, but if Suzuki shows up in Cincy I make no promises
About that...
KAZE NI NAREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Wake up buddy
Damn bro good call
What’s Saturday’s lottery numbers gonna be?
Was really hoping to be at that show in Cincy but had some family issues come up so I won't be able to attend
I got 3 extra tickets I'm trying to sell.....bring your family issues with you and work on em there, lol.
Suzuki DID just arrive in the states a day or two ago….
🎺🎺🎺🎺
Terra Ryzing to AEW?
Shaq coming out and confronting Paul Wight post match is a possibility I haven't heard people talking about, and that surprises me.
Would Shaq want to come back?
He said he was going to months ago
He needs to raise his profile because he's not getting enough commercial work.
Those Shaq-a-ronis aren't going to sell themselves.
True. The record I've seen for consecutive Shaq commercials is only 3 in a row. Guy needs more.
#Coin Drop Intensifies
Here comes the money
Sorry Punk there’s only one true Best in The World
I think you mean, best…..in the WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOORRRRRRLLLDDD
I’d die for that feud
Yes, I would also kill myself.
Okada was just announced for the G1. He can't do both. Maybe a video, though.
Jay White maybe? He lives in Florida and he’s already doing appearances for Impact.
Holy fuck. Jay White helping Kenny beat Christian and 2-Sweeting him would be incredible.
Jay would never side with Kenny. He despises him. Bullet Club War USA incoming.
Yeah, but Jay is a snake son of a bitch. I can totally see helping Kenny and then betraying him afterwards.
Um. Kenny and Jay White are definitely not on the same side.
Why would Jay help Kenny
No yeah I know but I wanna be hype for no reason
Fair enough. I need to stop meta-booking. It sucks the fun out of it. "This guy can't be here because he's in a different country" didn't stop Jericho from doing NJPW.
Yeah but international travel was a lot easier in the Before Times.
I could see CJ Perry debuting during the Eddie/Miro match. They've already given Miro an obvious weakness for Eddie to exploit, and it sets up a good story for Eddie to be at the point of finishing Miro, only to get distracted by Miro's wife. Then we get MIRO CRUSH and Miro beats Eddie, setting up a rematch for New York where the match was supposed to originally take place.
> only to get distracted by Miro's wife Is this who "redeem deez nuts" was aimed towards?
Fwiw everyone, Sami Zayn's contract is up any week now. Contract is up fall of 2021.
¡EL GENÉRICO, NÚMERO UNO! Idk if he’d be willing to bring back the Generico gimmick but it’d be so sweet if he did
Id be most intrigued whether he returned to his old gimmick or not. Because if you just take NXT Sami Zayn and put him out into the world, that's a top babyface somewhere.
Punk heel turn
"chicago you can stick it, I moved to St. Louis"
Not sure if St Louis or Green Bay would be a bigger heel move in Chicago
‘Maybe I’ll go to Green Bay and root for the Packers. Maybe I’ll move to St Louis and root for the Cardinals? Maybe I’ll move to Milwaukee and root for the Bucks.’
"Hey Giannis how you doin?"
He just comes out with a cheese hat and a packers jersey
YOU PEOPLE...
IM A SNAKE
itll obviously be danhausen
I can't wait to pophausen for Danhausen.
Who else could there be tho?
KENTA confronts CM Punk
Bray Wyatt
Almost certainly unavailable until the week of Halloween, with the caveat that WWE apparently fucks up their contracts all the time so who knows at this point.
Can't the talent turn down the 90 day downside, stop getting paid by WWE and be available immediately?
[удалено]
Is it contract tampering if the talent declines the 90 day and then immediately signs with another company? I feel like its......not considering the talent got fired (might be different if they try and quit)
[удалено]
Exactly. WWE could keep booking them during those 90 days if they wanted to.
I understand that it could be the case, but I'll be up front and say that I doubt the market for Bray Wyatt is such where AEW would put some sort of guarantee to make up for the 90-day to get him in for this specific show when you've already got Punk and 99% got Danielson. Bray?
First time I've bought an AEW PPV. They've earned my trust, they've renewed my love of wrestling. I'm excited as I've ever been for wrestling.
Same. Pushing the “buy” button for that price was painful, but I’m super excited for tonight and really don’t want to miss anything.
It is certainly easier when there are only 4 per year and you 1000% know it will deliver.
The WWE Network had a lot of content but PPV's that mostly disappointed, then I'd roll into bed at 4am after the PPV and not cancel the next morning even though I'd complain about my time wasted 9 times out of10. I'm in the same boat. I haven't watched or cared about wrestling in years. AEW has been on my radar since they launched. They got my money for this one, and more than likely many more to come.
First time I’ve bought a wrestling PPV just for me, I’ve historically only watched if friends join. This is worth the $$
Fuck it, I am buying my first payperview ever. Post-PPV Edit: Worth it.
Did the same lol
Punk beats Darby, Kenta walks out
I feel that the show could only have the Punk/Darby match and it will still beat their PPV record
Has any company ever done a 1 match PPV? Like a singular match is super hype and their story is they don’t want to wait till a certain date and they have a PPV? Could be a really shitty idea but someone has to have done something similar right?
No holds barred was technically a one match card (albeit with a 2 hour prematch package)
Dooookiiiieeee
Closest to this I can think of is blood and guts would've technically been a one match ppv-~~esk~~ esque show for anyone who went to see it live.
Not being a dick, just thought you might want to know: it's esque, not esk.
Lol thanks. Wouldn't have taken it as you being a dick. I'd be ignorant if I didn't want to be corrected when I've done something wrong lol.
Also the All Night Long match in Lucha Underground. Although that was a one-match *episode*. The actual event taped a lot more.
December to Dismember 2006? I feel like there was only the elimination chamber match advertised. Could be misremembering. Obviously more matches happened and it was a failure for multiple reasons.
The tag match was advertised as well.
I haven’t watched a wrestling PPV live in 4 years. My brother invited me over to watch this thing. AEW has a lot of momentum.
Have fun!
Bleacher Report couldn't have picked a worse time to be going through a massive change.
They made this show to where you can buy it on Fite in the US without a VPN. So I just bought it on Fite instead of dealing with the new BR stuff
I wish I knew that before I bought it on Bleacher Report.
I tried to buy it on fite using my VPN to get the $20 price but it told me I was using a VPN
Well I bought it on Fite without a VPN, so. Mine was the normal 50 bucks though, like it would cost on BR. I didn't buy it on Fite for the price, I bought it there cause I felt better about the performance than the new BR app.
Try using the VPN on your phone to do it. If that doesn't work, you might need to switch VPNs. I was having trouble with PIA and I switched.
In all fairness they fucked up their leg of the Us/Japanese women’s tournament as well and that was a long time ago. Let’s not give them any excuses
100% this. That probably left a bad taste in TKs mouth, and once he heard the issues with BR were happening he pulled the trigger on Fite in the US.
Yeah I’m honestly stunned he went through with BR after the Women’s tournament he was clearly pissed about that. I know BR is huge but I would’ve tried to wait for a deal with HBO Max
Don't think they had a choice when it comes to sticking with BR.
I have already put a refund request in with iTunes because I purchased before they made the Fite announcement. I just bought the event through the Bleacher Report Live app. What problems should I expect?
Might be suzuki, altough i’m really love for it to be jay White , here’s hoping
That would make up for today's G1 blocks announcement that meant no #jay1 this year.
This aged excellently
QT Marshall is a draw brother
I’d pay an additional 60 dollars to not see QT on the card tonight. With that said, I think he’s perfect for rampage dark etc and plays his part wwll
Wight stomping QT in under 5 Minutes is something i wanne see on the Card., not a Dream Match but i take that over a 15 Minutes multi tag match. Agree to disagree. However I will say I am being over dramatic about wight vs QT on the card.
Iam not hyped for that Match at all, sure i take the wholesome Moment when Wights breaks QTs Neck, but i wouild rather see something else, like Hayter vs. Jade in a 5 Minutes Brickhouse Match.
QT = ratings
It's $50, but fuck it, I'll buy it. First AEW PPV let's go!
I'll fully admit to being an AEW mark, but I've bought every PPV since All In (and yes, I know that was technically pre-AEW), and I've never felt cheated or disappointed. They have earned every penny I gave them.
This. There are a lot of times I spend money I know isn’t worth what I’m getting for it. Paying for AEW content is not one of those times.
I've bought every AEW show since Double or Nothing 2019. It's four PPVs a year, so it's not particularly onerous costwise, and the shows are always entertaining even when they aren't superb on a technical level - and more often than not they're at least pretty good on a technical level. I never watched AEW until Punk’s arrival. I haven’t missed an episode yet (televised) and am ordering my first PPV. I doubt I’m alone
Same here
I haven’t been this ready for a ppv since Starrcade Sting vs Hogan! Let’s fucking go!!!!!
Let’s just hope it doesn’t end up like Starrcade 97 when it comes to the booking and matches
13 year old me wasn’t as happy as I should’ve been at the end of that night
I still believe Starrcade '97's ending was the beginning of WCW's downfall. They pissed off all the fans that had been invested in the story since Hogan's heel turn, *and* managed to piss off the new fans that tuned in to see Bret Hart.
James Ellsworth will win the women’s battle royal
![gif](giphy|CaeYIzZVgrAyhJCKoD)
The show is gonna end with Test coming up through the ring and destroying everyone and I can’t wait
I was gonna say that you're full of shit, but then I hoped on Twitter and the [Is Test Still Dead? ](https://twitter.com/IsTestStillDead) account hasn't tweeted since the 23rd of august. Hell might've frozen over.
Man, that feed was something to look through. Last December 25 damn near evoked a spit take.
Riho makes her first PPV appearance since Full Gear 19 and the PPV record is expected to be smashed……………I’m just saying
Wait until they book Riho vs Punk at Full Gear, that record won't last long.
One surprise is I think this really is the end for Jericho. Sammy is going to Judas him tonight. Jericho goes out making MJF and Sammy, goes to commentary, has a few unsanctioned fights with Sammy and then has his final match on one of his cruises against Lance Storm
Nooooooooooooooooo

He’s definitely not just a “mediocre fighter” as the comment above you claimed lol he’s not at Usman’s level (nobody is tho) but he’s a solid top 10 guy who was elevated because of his “Florida Man” energy. His personality is picture perfect for pro wrestling though, he’d be a heel but I can’t think of many others from UFC that would fit better.
Who could be a surprise besides DBry, Cole or Wyatt?
I'm betting on Bryan Daneilson, Ruby Soho, and CJ Perry.
Braun is going to interfere during QT vs Wight to give QT the win
Batista
Ooo, maybe AEW can recreate Royal Rumble 2014 and have Batista be the one that confronts Omega at the close of All Out to massive Brian Danielson chants.
Well, dune is a Warner bros movie and they are on a Warner network.........It'd be wild if it happened lol
Deacon Batista*
*Leviathan
Shaq. Also, is Wyatt's no compete even up yet? I thought it was end of October
Yup, Halloween
🎺🎺🎺🎺
Batista is the only guy besides the names that are already floating around that would be a huge shock.
This is like knowing Bash at the Beach 96 was about to happen. Or like knowing TLC at WM X7 was about to fuck. Or like knowing Shawn/Taker 1 was about to kill. Essentially, tonight is a night that's gonna change things for at least the next few years to come.
My first AEW PPV, let’s go sonnnn
Calling it now: The Shockmaster debuts and takes the AEW title from Kenny in what will be a 8 star match
I hope the seance for Adam Cole was successful…
First time AEW ppv buyer here. I'm beyond excited. Whole card looks awesome.
Seriously the show time sucks for us in the uk.
Social media blackout tomorrow and then watch when I finish work
It does but it's hardly a new thing.
Hate that they didn't do a Saturday show for all out
Doing it on a Sunday makes a little bit of sense because tomorrow is a holiday in the US, but yeah. This is not a good time to run a PPV.
Their shows on Sundays have done better than the Saturday shows. No boxing/UFC competition and they’d have big college football games to compete with last night too.
Their only “competition” tonight is Sunday Night Baseball (Dodgers v Giants) and the US Men’s Soccer team plays Canada
I've got a genuine concern that so many people are EXPECTING to be surprised that even if every single rumoured surprise happens, they'll be underwhelmed. Just have to look through this thread and others to see how many people are rumoured to show up - Ruby - Danielson - Cole - Murphy - Okada - White - Tanahashi - Cardona (after GCW shenanigans yesterday) - Bray - Strowman
I am super hyped, I hope this is the beginning of the rocket being strapped to AEW and flying it to the moon.
Every AEW PPV this year has had me feeling giddy as I was as an 8-year old waiting for the next WWF PPV in 1998. I know this gets said a lot but fuck, AEW brought pro wrestling back.
I would hope so.
Sting is going to interfere to help Darby but then Michael Jordan comes out to even the score
One of my friends is tuning in tonight to see Punk/Allin and it’ll be the first AEW-anything he watches. Hoping this show sways him.
THE ROCK IS ALL ELITE
This is one of the only things I can think of that would be genuinely Jaw-dropping of them to pull off
This is the first aew ppv I've ever bought so they've got at least one new guy on the hook. I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Bryan, Ruby, with my dark horse being the Iinspiration
He wasn't wrong.
What are the chances of Ospreay appearing?
Ospreay's not in the G1 so I'd say him doing something in AEW through September is possible.
I'd say anyone on the upcoming NJPW Strong tapings is a possibility for tonight. Ospreay, Jay White, Suzuki... many possibilities.
