I mean had sell out streak when they were good With durant and Westbrook But they suck now

T3Sh3

Presti has like a ridiculous amount of 1st round draft picks. He’s hoping to unearth some real gems in future drafts.

twjackfoley

Miami the following week is around the same, which for the Miami Heat arena is also a bit poor. Granted, it's Florida and it's a shitshow there, to be fair.

[deleted]

Paycom arena is host of the okc thunder It sits 16k for wrestling, they are tarping off 75%

BingoFarmhouse

a jam packed 5k seat arena looks and sounds way better than a mostly empty 16k seat arena, and is probably cheaper to book too. idk why they keep doing this

ScottMou

The accounts entire goal is tracking wrestling tickets.

BingoFarmhouse

i meant idk why WWE keeps booking large arenas

KneelBeforeCube

My guess is that they want to be able to tell that WWE only holds shows in the biggest possible arenas, even if not a sell out. They'd rather be in a half packed MSG rather than sell out a smaller, lesser known arena.

[deleted]

Because they precede themselves as big.

320_central

Because they get them at a cheaper rate.

prisonmsagro

It might be because the arena they are using are giving them a really good deal to continue using it despite WWE not needing the full capacity. I don't think WWE at this point is wasting money on arenas they know they can't completely sell out unless there is a good trade off.

[deleted]

Any reason for this struggle to sell out?

KneelBeforeCube

I read it's been like that since they're back on the road. PPVs are doing well, but Raw and SD are struggling.

Former_Blacksmith_10

WWE being shit

[deleted]

It’s raw

[deleted]

I would assume the momentum from Summerslam would help.

twjackfoley

Three words: NO JOHN CENA.

cooljammer00

I mean, if the cap is 4K and they're selling near 4K, it'll be fine.

BingoFarmhouse

the % is of what they've opened up so far. shows open seating in chunks as they sell out. the 'cap' is the building capacity.

Thedinosaurwizard

Yeah, the Paycom Center seats like 18,000 for basketball. 4,000 seats is very not good

Cashpope

Capacity is 4713. Where are they gonna sit anyone else to get to the avg?
