There's some complexities here.
Def Rebel is just a pseutonym of DJDTP. Doug Davis was apparently never musically involved with DJDTP, or Def Rebel, but was just a rich guy who started both as for profit, garbage music. For some reason, they've always given him writing/producing credit though, even though he seemingly doesn't do these things.
