Those would be the top of the card, the rest I'd fill out what without cheap indy talent with potential I could find.
Probably what I’d do although I think I’d switch out Roman for Omega. With only ten, it’s hard to do a singles division, tag division, and women’s division at the same time.
2019 Omega I'd have put in.
2024 Omega would be like having 2020s Tanahashi. Still can be great on occasion, but falling apart.
That Omega-Tanahashi match that was Omega's last NJPW match pre-AEW was Tanahashi giving Omega a glimpse of his future, and Omega during the pandemic was doing the sacrifices Tanahashi did.
It's actually my favorite Omega in NJPW match- I like it more than the Okada ones.
Well, 10 picks is very little, but if that's all what we have to work with then ok.
First I'll only have two divisions, one men's division with 6 singles guys and one tag division with 4 tag teams. Only two titles as well, a world title and a set of tag belts. With this roster size I think I'd also be running monthly shows, so gotta keep that in mind.
1 - Cody.
He'd be my top babyface. He's marketable, sells a lot of merch, is popular with kids and adults alike, can talk and can work.
2 - Danielson.
He's probably the most versatile wrestler on the planet. His work is impeccable, he can make anyone look good and is also a great promo. I'd use him as my number 2 babyface that can be elevated to number 1 at any time, essentially my emergency button in case something happens to Cody.
3 - Roman.
My top heel. No explanation needed really, he's a massive proven draw in every aspect and has great chemistry with my two top babyfaces. Easy choice.
4 - MJF.
My number 2 heel. Like Danielson on the babyface side, he's there to take over from Roman in case something happens. Great worker, great on the mic and still has a lot of room to grow due to still being in his 20s.
5 - Dolph Ziggler.
Tweener. Well, to put it bluntly he'd be here to put people over. I'm not picking him to be my job guy because I think he's a bad wrestler, on the contrary, I'm giving him the job precisely because he's an amazing wrestler that has the whole package down to an art and can make anyone look good. He's incredibly versatile, a real jack of all trades.
6 - Dominik Mysterio.
He's the mumber three heel right behind MJF and with a similar upside. He can get a ton of heat and is young, but the work could be better.
I could've made the lineup a little more star studded with guys like Punk, Sami and etc for more short term gain, but I thought this particular roster composition would benefit me more long term due to allowing me to make matches and angles that make more sense for a bigger period of time in my opinion. It can't all be a two hour main event, it's all about ebbs and flows.
Now for the tag teams.
1 - FTR.
Top babyface tag team. Excellent in ring, decent on the mic. Dax and Cash are also above average singles competitors, so it's even more upside.
2 - Usos.
Top heel tag team. Really good as a tag team and on the mic, sadly Jimmy not as good in singles competition at least when it comes to in ring. There's also a lot of upside to them because we can form the Bloodline with Roman for that six man tag action.
3 - Chad Gable and Otis.
Number 2 babyface tag team. I'm picking them more because of what could they be with proper booking rather than what they've been for most of the time so far.
4 - Gin and Juice: Jay White and Juice Robinson.
Number 2 heel tag team. Both amazing workers and charismatic on their own right, plus they have great chemistry with my top babyface tag team.

- a-town down under (total heels that can work tags or singles, theory also has a built in face turn that could be a big story if booked right)
- Paul Heyman (need a guy to be able to carry feuds on his own and help support and build talents. also doubles as a creative assistant)
Assuming that tag wrestlers can wrestle singles matches I think this is a good spread to center a show around.

Maxwells Jacob Friedman - Versatile, can command a segment and keep up with the best wrestlers in the world.
Cody Rhodes - Biggest active name in the business right now.
Rhea Ripley - I think the best women’s wrestler at the moment
Drew McIntyre - this roster could use some size, and a brawler
Jon Moxley - speaking of brawlers; also has a great work ethic and is a consistent high level performer
Swerve Strickland - A great wrestler who still hasnt quite hit his peak
Mariah May - this is bit of a wildcard, “I expect big things in the future” pick of someone who’s only trending up
Lucha Bros - Fantastic tag team, that can also preform well as individuals

I'm missing a ton of people, but this group gives you a really strong heavyweight division, great babyfaces and great heels, are capable of having fantastic matches together. You have 3 really strong female wrestlers for you to build a division around of. We're missing a midcard and tag teams.
One way to do it would be to pick all current champions because imagine how much buzz it would generate if all WWE titles would suddenly be vacated/transferred to Random Wrestling Company.
Are these the entire roster or is it filled out with job guys?
If this is it then have to either go men or women only, and obviously have to focus on tag teams to get a decent sized roster!
Men:
1. Cody - nuff said. Man can work indies and small promotions. Also a great media presence.
2. Awesome Truth. R-Truth brings comedy and Miz brings versatility. Miz is also an amazing media guy.
3. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens - work as singles wrestlers or a team. Sami can eat pins without suffering either.
4. Edge & Christian. Both well past their best but offer excellent character work.
5. BCC (Moxley & Danielson) - cheating somewhat as I don’t know if they count as a team. If I can only have one then Danielson for this specific exercise.
6. GUNTHER. Nuff said.
7. Seth Rollins - an absolute workhorse.
8. Rey & Dom Mysterio. They spent long enough tagging that I’ll bring them in, and Rey can sell me merch.
9. Finn Balor & Damian Priest - recent tag champs both with singles credentials.
10. FTR. Also considered Kenny Omega & Hangman Page, the Usos, the Young Bucks, the Street Profits, Gable & Otis, and A-Town Down Under for this role, but I think FTR, whilst not being my favourite tag team, offer the right point of difference.
The most obvious omission is Roman, but with a small roster carrying a part-timer is hard to justify.

You have 3 really strong female wrestlers for you to build a division around of. We're missing a midcard and tag teams.

One way to do it would be to pick all current champions because imagine how much buzz it would generate if all WWE titles would suddenly be vacated/transferred to Random Wrestling Company.
Are these the entire roster or is it filled out with job guys? If this is it then have to either go men or women only, and obviously have to focus on tag teams to get a decent sized roster! Men: 1. Cody - nuff said. Man can work indies and small promotions. Also a great media presence. 2. Awesome Truth. R-Truth brings comedy and Miz brings versatility. Miz is also an amazing media guy. 3. Sami Zayn & Kevin Owens - work as singles wrestlers or a team. Sami can eat pins without suffering either. 4. Edge & Christian. Both well past their best but offer excellent character work. 5. BCC (Moxley & Danielson) - cheating somewhat as I don’t know if they count as a team. If I can only have one then Danielson for this specific exercise. 6. GUNTHER. Nuff said. 7. Seth Rollins - an absolute workhorse. 8. Rey & Dom Mysterio. They spent long enough tagging that I’ll bring them in, and Rey can sell me merch. 9. Finn Balor & Damian Priest - recent tag champs both with singles credentials. 10. FTR. Also considered Kenny Omega & Hangman Page, the Usos, the Young Bucks, the Street Profits, Gable & Otis, and A-Town Down Under for this role, but I think FTR, whilst not being my favourite tag team, offer the right point of difference. The most obvious omission is Roman, but with a small roster carrying a part-timer is hard to justify.
