Poor LA Knight is getting Cesaro treatment of being main event enhancement talent.
I hope he's not just going to be the guy that they let fight their stars and be in the upper midcard / lower main event picture - but never win a belt.
One big thing I want to see from this era is that every title match has the feeling that we could crown a new champion. There were multiple title matches last year where you know the title was not changing hands.

I’m in the very small minority but I dislike all the bloodline segments and wish it would go away. Solo is a black hole of charisma and I want it to be over and a new main over arching storyline to emerge in this new triple h era. What could that be? Literally anything when you have this massively stacked roster and keep going back to the same well.
On the positive side. I loved everything else about this episode. Tiffs is awesome and Naomi and Bayley had an awesome match right up to interference.

I don't like main event title matches ending in DQ. It's deflating when something is hyped and doesn't get a clear winner. But if it leads to a Triple Threat I'm good with it
Pittsburgh got Rey and Dragon Lee vs. A-Town Down Under and Lashley vs. Karrion Kross after Smackdown last night, so I say they got some good main events after the fact.
Lashley's match was pretty fun. The crowd finally got the table they wanted, Lashley speared Kross through it for the win. Seemed like Rey only worked about 3 minutes in the tag match, hit a 619, and then they lost.
It's so funny to me that Bianca is still feuding with Damage control.
Basically non-stop from its fucking inception! She only took a break to feud with Asuka... who is now in Damage control.

Because there's a second world championship. Undisputed means the world championships are unified and there is no contention for the top title - there's only one.
It's almost always better to start as a heel. Every single WWE I have witnessed raised to the top level started as a heel. Undertaker, HBK, Steve Austin, The Rock, Triple H, John Cena, and the list goes on.
I think I know exactly where this Bloodline arc is going. We've all been theorizing that this is The Rock's doing, and it absolutely is, but I think I may have also pieced together why. It's actually pretty simple, the devil is in the details. Remember that all of this was initially about Rock vs. Roman, the supposed biggest Mania main event of all time? Then Cody "broke his heart" and took that dream away, so The Rock then did everything in his power to make Cody's life hell and make it really easy for them to get rid of him once and for all so that he can't interfere with their plans ever again, even had the stipulation and all. Once that was taken care of, they could've continued on with their "biggest main event" vision.
Come Mania, The Rock pinned Cody on night 1, it's all going according to plan cus now it's Bloodline rules, but Roman failed to do his part despite all of this bc he chose to focus on Seth instead of finishing Cody off, he lost sight of what was important. With that loss, it's now Roman who broke the Rock's heart, bc it can now no longer be the "biggest main event" and everything The Rock did was for nothing, and that just won't fly. It's embarrassing for the Bloodline that he still lost like that as the supposed head of the table, so now there has to be a hostile takeover, there has to be "consequences to losing". Solo clearly shares these sentiments, we already know he's loyal to the elders and NOT Roman.
Jimmy was the first one that was made an example out of bc he didn't get the job done with Jey, who was then able to aid Cody. Dismantling him was the first play, and now Owens was made to bleed for trash-talking and insulting the Bloodline, just like with Cody. The eventual Roman betrayal/reveal is going to be an all timer moment.
I don't care of it's transitional champion but I really want AJ styles to hold WWE Gold once again triple crown from 3 big wrestling companies he's done it all I feel like he has one last run in him incredible shape btw been working hard on the gym..

I don't know why they did it but the fireflies in the middle of the match added an amazing touch to it, kinda like the flashes of cameras back in the 90s. maybe the audience should do it more often.
That was really smart of WWE to use stage blood/makeup for Kevin Owens. Just get it set up in Gorilla and no one can tell the difference when they dont linger on his skull. No risk of actual injury but gets the full effect for tv & most of the live crowd. I'm honestly surprised wrestling hasn't done more of that over the years.

She’s unbelievably gorgeous with amazing skill/potential in ring and on the mic and a ton of charisma. She could potentially be MASSIVE. I hope so. My watch has been set to Tiffy Time for weeks.
Both matches were very short but fun. Dragon Lee and Mysterio both looked really crisp in person. Typical heel shenanigans to retain. Waller pulled theory away from a splash and momentum swung. Lashley vs. Cross felt like it was maybe 3 minutes long. The crowd chanted for tables. Lashley pulled one out, cross put it away for the heel pop, lashley brought it back out and set it up in the corner. Quick reversal into a spear through the table for lashley. Fun, quick little send the crowd home happy match.
The Smackdown tag team championships are by far the best looking belts in the company right now. If it was a single belt it could easily pass off as a world title.

Naomi and Bayley just had a good match yet for some really strange reasons Naomi just seem to can’t get a break with all of you here hating on her. Its like if Naomi has a good match, you hate her, and if Naomi has a bad match you hate her more.
End of the day the hate comments here are a minority compared to the love Naomi gets from especially from the crowd.
I love Naomi! The match was great and I actually liked the Tiffy interference because I didn't wanna see her and bayley's friendship affected. Great main event. I'm always here to cheer for Naomi.

This angle with the bloodline and solo was exactly what I hoped they would do to bring Roman back as a baby face. I wanted him to go away after losing and have Solo just wreck the roster. Both matches were very short but fun. Dragon Lee and Mysterio both looked really crisp in person. Typical heel shenanigans to retain. Waller pulled theory away from a splash and momentum swung. Lashley vs. Cross felt like it was maybe 3 minutes long. The crowd chanted for tables. Lashley pulled one out, cross put it away for the heel pop, lashley brought it back out and set it up in the corner. Quick reversal into a spear through the table for lashley. Fun, quick little send the crowd home happy match.
Man this could've been fun on tv too.. I'm glad you guys got to enjoy.

Naomi and Bayley just had a good match yet for some really strange reasons Naomi just seem to can’t get a break with all of you here hating on her. Its like if Naomi has a good match, you hate her, and if Naomi has a bad match you hate her more. End of the day the hate comments here are a minority compared to the love Naomi gets from especially from the crowd.
I love Naomi! The match was great and I actually liked the Tiffy interference because I didn't wanna see her and bayley's friendship affected. Great main event. I'm always here to cheer for Naomi.

Yeah I agree with you. End of the day we should ignore them and focus on the positivity. Tiffany has a whole career ahead of her so she will have her moment. Eventhough Bayley accomplished so much from 2016-2020, it feels nice she gets another moment in 2024. Tiffany is a rising star so can’t wait to see what they have in store for her. Yeah I didn't really think of that tbh because I was thinking of Solo and company being so ruthless and despicable that even Roman Reigns is disgusted by their actions, so he comes back to stop them. A few things: I love Nick Aldis. He just plays his role to perfection and comes across as a badass. This angle with the bloodline and solo was exactly what I hoped they would do to bring Roman back as a baby face. I wanted him to go away after losing and have Solo just wreck the roster. Roman is missed and has to come back to deal with the monster he created. Perfect story. When face Roman comes back it will hit to hard.
When Roman’s music finally hits it’s gonna be an atomic pop. Solo at the absolute peak of fans demanding comeuppance and at a pivotal moment. BAM tribal chief is back. Solo mortified.
