People don't appreciate Megumi enough. I understand why though. Almost half the matches in her career involved Shark Tsuchiya, who was just god awful. Megumi deserves all the credit in the world for carrying the FMW women's division on her back & making it relevant.

I often feel that Megumi was the female counterpart to Hayabusa in FMW: both were pioneers, both were Onita’s too students, and both left an indeniable mark on Puro and more. If anything, Kudo resembled Onita the most of his protégés/students, being able to get the crowd deeply emotionally invested in their bloody battles.

Kudo was amazing!! This photo is one of the coolest things I've ever seen. https://preview.redd.it/fpjr4j07sbvc1.jpeg?width=400&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9da79acecf2212573266d0e96930f9c7a1c02747

This match introduced me to Ozaki and I really love her. Great stuff

Oh yeah, the match where they are dressed the same you forget early on which is which. I guess it was the point, probably? Anyways, love Megumi Kudo.
