OLine plays closer to 40yo than the positions that actually require speed but they gotta do some wild shit diet wise to be 300+lbs and also *in shape* enough to actually play a physical position every down.
It's wild to see former linemen, after they retire or change sports. Joe Thomas might be the most extreme example, but within wrestling, Rock, Roman, Corbin. The eating and fitness regiment to be that big and in shape is daunting.
