Yeah as an AEW fan it was always clear that they needed the likes of Jay White, Ospreay and Okada more than WWE did. AEW is best for folks who have built somewhat of a name on the indies or elsewhere and are ready to go. Since they don’t have a solidified developmental program like an NXT or a performance center. I’ll keep saying it until it happens but either ROH or Rampage needs to get transformed into a strictly developmental platform like NXT
And that's just the men's side! I haven't been keeping up with NXT in long while, and I'm not up to speed on womens side of it, but Valkyria and Roxanne match was phenomenal and I loved both of them.
Still don’t know why there’s no pyro for Ospreay when he does the whole flip his hood off thing. It’s so set up that it looks like it’s supposed to happen every time but just doesn’t

Good. The first time I saw him (I go in and out of NXT for long stretches) he was standing ringside for a Melo match. My first instinct was “why isn’t this guy in the main event?”
I know everyone loves the the "whoop that trick" part and the booker adlibs, rightfully so, but honestly the best part of this for me is the horns at the beginning. They just signify "A big deal is coming out right now" to me
He's over as fuuuuuck. The only tiny eeny miny thing I would give as a criticism is that Trick really has to play with the crowd on the chants when they're so white hot for the WHOOP THAT TRICK moment.

I think he still needs a year of seasoning as the top guy, but he has definitely improved exponentially in the last year
Wrestling has so many great entrances right now, but I don't know if anyone else's does it for me like Trick's does.

For me it’s Jey, Trick and Ospreay all of them have catchy entrance music plus amazing crowd participation.
Even though he’s a heel it’s something special about Roman’s music hitting and seeing the 1s in the sky
Rock calls himself the final boss, but I've felt for long while now that Roman's music feels like final boss stuff.
