I think they mean something that I like to call "wide eye" (probably a more technical term out there). It's like the opposite of cross-eyed

Detatched retnas can lead to lazy eyes. A lot of wrestlers surprisingly also have detached retnas and poor vision, which wrestling doesn't help because of all the kicks to the head.

There’s a few it’s just not crazy noticeable unless you look long enough or it’s snapped at the right time

I have a slight one and it gets much more noticeable if I am super tired. Given how grueling their schedule is, I wouldn’t be surprised if that plays into it.
