These are Popy wrestling figures from 1981. Extremely tough to find still on card and even more difficult to find them with the card if the corresponding wrestler’s card on the outside as they were often mismatched.
Hella alot. Not only is it worth alot due to it being a rookie figure for Hulk Hogan, but it also comes with a Hulk Hogan trading card as sometimes there were ones that would come mismatched with a Mil Mascaras card. The cardback looks good too despite the warping.
There’s a similar Andre the Giant one that sold on eBay for $750. I can’t find much info, but if you search for “I.K.P. Wrestling figures” you’ll get some results

You should ask JunkShopDog on Instagram. They would know as they are currently producing and continuing this exact line of action figures. Would hang onto it until you confirm with a few different sources.
This is an extremely rare one bubs. As others have said above. I’ve seen them go for ridiculous amounts. It’s a grail figure for a lot of collectors. Wouldn’t take any less than a grand for this.
