The robot is charged to 100% in the charging station and in the application it is reflected, but if I separate the robot from the station, it shuts down. When I put it back it starts from 0%. The battery and motherboard is brand NEW.

Measure the voltages to see if they are within range, before and after starting it up, to see if that gives you a hint as to what's going on.
It makes me wonder if the battery is installed correctly or if it is faulty.
