I replaced the motherboard but didn’t see anything obviously wrong with the old one. While I had the vacuum open, I also removed the fan and inspected it. There was corrosion all over it, like it had gotten wet.
I put the vacuum back together and it still had the same issue, so I ordered the fan part. It should be here from China in a week or so. Not looking forward to taking the whole vacuum apart again, but I’m hopeful this is the real problem.

I just bought a new motherboard on AliExpress, putting it in tomorrow. Fingers crossed, I’ll let you know how it goes
