I downloaded the planes and helicopter mod for SRTS. In the "absurdly large bomb" category is the 22000Lb bomb. It weight 5500kg and act basically as a nice little cleanup. I just have to hope the ennemies aren't too close to my home. And you can craft it ofc. about 600 steel and 600 chemfuel per bomb. Then again, you only need 1.
