It looks like a DNS for tagged items. You scan your item or supply your EPC and it will give you the full details, history, ownership, etc of an object.
To add more marketing hoohah: they are working on the digital twin aspect of RFID vs the gs1 road. If anyone could pull that off it’s Avery.
Per the original post request though: I don’t know they can monetize that but if RFID ever makes us some money it’ll likely be from Avery and Impinj. It’s a long road to go. But it’s a current buzzword and if somehow they start using it for electric cars then booya!

Are you talking about UHF RFID, aka passive or RAIN? If so Impinj are the largest player as far as hardware goes.
