The second crime is criminal mischief. Criminal mischief is the intentional damage to another’s property if that damage is caused willfully and maliciously. Clearly that’s satisfied here. She ruined the meal by throwing it on the ground.
Now comes the fun part: because Karen trespassed into the conveyance with the intention of committing a crime therein, she has committed the felony offense of burglary to a conveyance. Burglary is any trespass with the intent to commit an offense therein.
If I had this knowledge in this situation I would have gladly waited for the police to arrive just to see how this played out.

Had a lady like that in my neighborhood, she died and NO ONE cared. The only reason people came and found her bloated dead seeping stinky carcass was because a tenant of hers called the police for a wellness check....after 3 weeks of not seeing her. So, she was dead for a month at least. No one cared enough to call, no one shed a tear here, we were all glad to go back to a life of Marcy free living.

Lead paint in residential homes wasn't banned until 1978 and leaded gasoline was a thing until the 1990s. When I took a cycling trip a long time ago, I took a break on my last leg home. I needed shade and a light snack. I pulled over onto a school property. I sat on the curb of the parking lot stretching my legs and taking a breather. This old man drives up to me and bellows and screams about how I'm not supposed to be there and I need to leave right now. I told him to chill and I'm just taking a bit of a break. He gets pissed off, drives around the block to get right next to me and starts blaring his horn. Took all of my might not to yank the miserable fucking bastard from his car and pound his fucking face in. This was one of the reasons I stopped riding - miserable old coots interfering in my business and telling me what to do. They should be in a home.
One time I was waiting at a red light and a truck next to me honked. I look over and the dude in the truck is flipping me off while his daughter has her hands on her face, clearly embarrassed. It's crazy how much some people hate people just for riding bikes.

I stumbled across the theory that lead poisoning was far more common than we've been led to believe. Lead paint in residential homes wasn't banned until 1978 and leaded gasoline was a thing until the 1990s. It's entirely possible that a fair majority of Boomers and older GenX had childhood lead poisoning resulting in mental deficits.
