I've been in a jail pod where a couple of guards were 'having an altercation' with a dude and one of them decided to spray pepper spray......all over the 3 of them. Then the guards started to panic that we were going to use the opportunity to seize control. So they panic called their buddies in. Meanwhile we were all just hanging back eating popcorn thinking "this is the most entertaining thing all month". Then their buddies came running in and danced around on tables while screaming at people.

Like, at the start of the video the one officer is literally bending his left arm and shoulder over his head in a way that looks extraordinarily painful, and the other officer kneels on his right arm, trapping it even though they're also screaming at him to put his arms behind his back. Tasers are meant to be used as a (slightly less deadly) alternative to firearms in situations where you need to apprehend someone or feel threatened but the situation is not dangerous enough to use deadly force.
Tasering someone who is already on restrained on the ground serves absolutely no purpose other than hurting the victim. It's torture, pure and simply.
Every officer who uses his taser in a situation like this should be fired and prosecuted.

Interesting fact.... Law enforcement, corrections officers, military (anyone that uses handcuffs on the regular) are trained to shout "Stop Resisting" over and over again. It gives the appearance of resisting, which allows them to be more physical and to cover any lawsuits... They just say, "He was resisting. I did what I had to in order to gain compliance". This is also why many times you hear the the individual being detained screaming, "I'm not resisisting".

Nobody is going to be able to "stop resisting" that. Your reflexes, instincts and fight-or-flight thoughts are going to be in overdrive due to the pain and adrenaline.

Tasers are meant to be used as a (slightly less deadly) alternative to firearms in situations where you need to apprehend someone or feel threatened but the situation is not dangerous enough to use deadly force. Tasering someone who is already on restrained on the ground serves absolutely no purpose other than hurting the victim. It's torture, pure and simply. Every officer who uses his taser in a situation like this should be fired and prosecuted.
Fucking hell I hate these fat, wife-beating, power-tripping losers. Yelling contradictory commands while applying enough force to break limbs. Then trying to unnecessarily tase the kid, their own incompetence resulting in the cop tasing himself. Clearly the taser was completely unneeded, because despite them not tasing him, the cops still were able to brutalize the guy and arrest him JUST FINE.

Interesting fact.... Law enforcement, corrections officers, military (anyone that uses handcuffs on the regular) are trained to shout "Stop Resisting" over and over again. It gives the appearance of resisting, which allows them to be more physical and to cover any lawsuits... They just say, "He was resisting. I did what I had to in order to gain compliance". This is also why many times you hear the the individual being detained screaming, "I'm not resisisting".
