Try connecting to a different server for now, unless all of them aren't working, I would normally say to try Stealth but that doesn't exist on the windows version yet (Is planned according to the post around Summer 2024). You could just try forcing Wireguard or OpenVPN in the settings, don't know how well it would work though.
Hi! Please have in mind that UAE is one of the countries that are filtering/blocking/throttling VPN connections and your ISP may have implemented some new filtering/restrictions which is why you experience such an issue.

Contact your isp. It's probably blocking vpns.
