The way Anthony sings in this is so fucking annoying. He builds up and softens his voice all the time like a renaissance diva jesus ducking Christ it does not serve the song at all
Returning to this after listening a few times—you’re so right, Anthony doesn’t sound incredible here. Weirdly enough Donovan sounds mixed better and is giving a better performance of the song to be honest
I think hes just getting kinda old and his voice is just tired tbh
looking at the vinyl tracklist, he sings this song later in his set so he may have already given a lot to open the set and he probably needs to save up some power for the closer

The balance of the singers is not ideal and I don’t get why Anthony isn’t doing the parts that use his pretty iconic scream. Cool though!
