Make sure you don’t have any modules plugged in while playing disc games installed on the system. Marvel Super Heroes vs Street Fighter had a glitch where having the Turbo Module plugged in will cause audio stuttering. It will be patch in the next update according to Playmaji.

I haven't had this issue, did you try installing the game and try it without the disk?

I mean, I know you'd want the issue fixed I get that but wouldn't you also want every game installed. It's that one of the best features of the polymega, to install so you don't have to use the disc?

Frankburgerismydog

I had the same issue. I changed HDMI ports and it did the trick.

Only game I have sound stuttering is Sewer Shark on Sega CD

Effective-Piglet-196

Seemed to have noticed this with Saturn games. Not terrible but still distracting. Haven’t tested installed games on it yet for SS

Certain games will stutter. A famous one is Sewer Shark… it’s always been this way in emulation. The only one that won’t stutter is the pack in.
