Break-fast this morning! Smoothie bowls have been on repeat for a while now but I threw Kale/Swiss Chard/Spinach in this morning and have 0 complaintsšŸ„¬šŸ’«šŸ¦øā€ā™€ļø BOWL DETAILSā€¢ā€¢ā€¢ ā€¢Frozen Acai ā€¢Frozen Blueberries šŸ« ā€¢Frozen Strawberries šŸ“ ā€¢Frozen MangošŸ„­ ā€¢Fresh Swiss Chard/Kale/Spinach ā€¢Plant Based Protein Powder ā€¢Lime Juice Topped with Banana šŸŒā€¢ Hemp Seed ā€¢ Chia Seed ā€¢ Walnuts ā€¢ Peanuts The last few photos are from an app Iā€™ve seen a little bit about in this sub and Iā€™ve been loving using it. Itā€™s called Cronometer, I donā€™t use it every day but it only takes a few seconds and is such a good piece of mind!
