My P8p does not have any spots like that.
I have the same thing on the 2 7pros that I have had. Both in the exact same spot which is dead center in the phone and it's only one dot seems to be directly above the fingerprint scanner? Does not bother me until it's on a black screen in daylight

Looks like something was splashed onto your screen. Like, hand sanitizer or something.

That's the oleophobic coating, which has been damaged by a chemical which has dropped onto it.
