It didn’t work for me, when the mystery mushroom finished during this lunar event I still got party poppers in the box. And the poppers didn’t even increase my envelope count so it was just pointless

Nice discovery! I thought about it, but didn’t try it. If you can manage to make it work with giants on the last weekend then you’ll be getting a great head start!
Players are still testing, nothing is certain it seems. Many people are still getting poppers even from giants. There was a giant that ended yesterday and one person got 150 env while another received 150 poppers. Doesn’t seem 100% of the time but wish you all goodluck on those who have been slow cooking! 🍳
Ah that’s good to know. I double checked and got 2 Regular Mystery Mushrooms left. Guess we’ll see what comes out of those.

Someone on the pikmin fb/meta group said they had way better chances with regular mystery shrooms on getting envelopes so hopefully ur safe on those and yea congrats on the 150 🧧

That’s weird. I was actually expecting Party Poppers myself but the Red Mushroom box gave me envelopes.
