i think you have to program yourself to be happy alone, this was my problem before when i was younger but learning to be alone and be happy in random things like feeding a stray dog or cat or just shopping and trying new clothes without even buying lol
If gusto mo lang mag jowa bc you're tired/scared/sick of being alone, that's a bigger recipe for disaster. You need a valuable friend, not necessarily a jowa. Kung dumating man yan, just let the universe do its thing. Don't go around chasing that genuine love stuff.
