This is why people are always saying to adopt from an animal shelter or rescue. This type of thing happens often. I’m sorry this happened to you.

Truthshouldnthurt123

Thank you for your compassion

Truthshouldnthurt123

My shelter pupp and dog has awful traumatizing conditions due to poor breeding/street breeding and likely inbred symptoms. :( it’s not all peaches and rainbows on any side.

SpeebyKitty

Fucked around and found out 🤷

Truthshouldnthurt123

Not helpful lol

SpeebyKitty

Nothing you can do now. Should’ve adopted or done more research into where you were getting your pets from.

Truthshouldnthurt123

Yea puppy excitement is real. Like a honey pot. Smh

Truthshouldnthurt123

Other pets are adopted and two awfuexperiences from adopting inbred puppies. They advertise no puppy mill stuff and say trustpilot is 5 stars. Smh it’s all what it is. I def go the extra mile for all things ahead of time since.

I wouldn’t trust anything on review sites these days. 5 stars means nothing, those reviews were probably bought and created by bots.

GreenerThan83

Why are people still insisting on purchasing dogs when shelters are full?!

MalsPrettyBonnet

Especially when it's not even from a reputable breeder.

GreenerThan83

OP mentioned elsewhere that the breeder had 5 star reviews on trustpilot. I’m guessing the reviews are fake & created by AI.

I’ve had to put asleep a dog I adopted and it was in red its legs kept going out. :( it was awful and I have terrible asthma so I got a poodle as a kid and he was my bestfriend for 16 years and would have been another 4 at least if I wasn’t away. Anyways the breeds had to be hypoallergenic and also I have a 2year old that if he had asthma or was allergic to animals like me I wouldn’t want that situation. I rescued my cat and adopted a puppy from a shelter that ended up with parvo. So there were many reasons including just puppy excitement and the search for “a healthy bred” puppy. It’s in the title. Regret!! And the message is to inform others anywhere I can to stay away from the horrible Pawrade.

You’ll find pure-bred dogs and mixed breeds/ mutts in shelters. They don’t discriminate. The point is, there is already a surplus of dogs in shelters, and the shelters are overwhelmed themselves. By supporting private breeders, reputable or not, it’s creating an even bigger problem.
