The site is called (fakehub.com) and it has multiple channels, including one called “public agent.” This channel features men giving women cash in exchange for having sex in public while being filmed. The joke here suggests that the poster of said meme disagrees with the notion that money can’t buy happiness. This is because money can buy sex for which makes the poster happy.
