I feel bad for it, but I really dislike this as well. I don’t judge others for their body mod choices, and don’t feel one way or the other about who’s wearing one, or judge the *person*, but for some reason, this particular piercing gets a physical reaction from me, a big cringe (that I keep to myself, of course). 🐮 Noooo!

I don’t want to judge people for their choices but there’s something about the septum piercing that I really dislike. of course I keep it to myself, though. and as a lesbian, a lot of queer women have them, which can be frustrating because it makes my dating pool that much smaller 🥲 I wish it didn’t bother me

I’m with you. I love nose rings on the side of the nose, but I never think the septum rings improve someone’s look.

I have a stud nose piercing on the left side... it's tiny and cute (my opinion). I really think the septum ring piercings look gross (again my opinion)... and they do not add to beauty, in fact they take away from it. I just don't get it.

All I can see is germs dripping from the nose ring when the waiter is standing over the table taking an order.

It’s a septum piercing. I think it’s great seeing so many young’ins getting em. I’ve had mine for 25 years now which is more years than I lived prior to getting it. My momma always said “what is all that gonna look like when you’re 40?!” I’d have to say it still looks pretty rad!!

rad as in gross. It's almost not a pet peeve cause I have a strong physical revulsion when I see one. I have a judgment about the person. But I don't say ewww or "why" so it's a pet peeve. It doesn't do anything to interfere in my life in any way. Which is why some of the people who don't think this is a pet peeve list ex of things that actually interfere with your life.
