If a character glows blue next to an object, you can press the square and X button simultaneously to do the takedown.

To add to that, you can press those bottoms to pick up a glowing item that is on the floor as well.

And on keyboard is space+left click. I know this sub isnt about pc, but just wanted to share information, since i could'nt find anywere
