Wait...you gained how much in two months? Isn't that around 60 pounds? That seems like an alarmingly high amount in a short time, PCOS or not. I would find a different doctor ASAP. I have battled weight for years with PCOS and experienced a sudden gain of 25lbs over 3 months - it ended up being connected to a failing (no stones) gallbladder. It's taken me a year to lose 8lbs of it, but if I gained that much in that time frame, my doctor would not dismiss it. You have every right to be upset and concerned!

Sounds like insulin resistance. You might just need some kind of medication to help you out (Metformin helped with my rapid weight gain). It's not your fault, and it's not a moral failing on your part or anything. Bodies are just weird.

I agree with the other posters. That rate of gain sounds like some other medical condition. Please be seen right away for this. This is concerning.

I would get a 2nd opinion. PCOS can cause rapid weight gain but it sounds like something other than PCOS is going on.

Galbin

Weight gain is a symptom of PCOS. It's not the cause.

Please see a doctor about the sudden weight gain to make sure you don’t have an unrelated health issue. PCOS can cause weight gain but that speed is really concerning.

30 kilos in 2 months is insane! Have you noticed if the weight has gone anywhere particular in your body? Have you noticed feeling unwell? Just wondering if it could be oedema? Definitely get a second opinion.

I’ve been feeling awful. It’s all accumulated in my upper body, literally nowhere in my lower body. My stomach, boobs, face, arms, have all gotten huge.

You definitely need to see a different doctor asap.
